Father (deceased) lived in Florida and I (his daughter) live in California and the vehicle is ending up in New Jersey with his grandson. I was to inherit his cars, home, everything. I had a Will and Trust paperwork, death certificate, etc. Trying to get the title transferred to my son was a nightmare until I was ready to pay a lawyer, a doctor, Spiderman anyone to help me with this mess and Southern Title & Liens saved me! They handled everything for me. The Title Clerks were amazing and after 2 months struggling with this and not wanting to fly back to Florida, they took over this problem and was able to get it done.
